Our Organisation
Eagle Guard Pty Ltd was founded with a singular purpose: to bridge the gap between clinical rehabilitation and everyday living for Australians with disability and age-related conditions.
Registered under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, we deliver support across two primary categories — Assist Life Stage Transition and Development Life Skills — alongside a growing suite of specialised programs in cognitive rehabilitation, dementia therapy, physical wellness, and assistive technology.
Our team of qualified healthcare professionals brings deep expertise across occupational therapy, neurological rehabilitation, aged care, and community support. We operate from Sydney, NSW, serving participants across the greater metropolitan area.
